Who is the data controller

The controller of personal data processed on the dopest.group website is the site operator, the DOPEST group. For any data-related matters, write to hello@dopest.group.

What data we collect and why

The site has no forms or user accounts. If you email or call us, we process the data you provide yourself (name, email address, phone number, message content) solely to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling the inquiry (GDPR (Art. 6(1)(f))).

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It collects information about pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, and events such as clicking an email address, a phone number, a brand page link, or switching language. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before being stored.

Cookies and consent

Google Analytics only sets analytics cookies once you give consent through the banner at the bottom of the page. Without consent, measurement runs in an identifier-free mode (Google Consent Mode), meaning no cookies and no recognition on your next visit.

We store your decision in the browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key dopest-consent. You can change it at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. Clearing your browser data also resets this decision.

How long we keep data

We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. We retain correspondence for as long as the discussion about a potential engagement is ongoing, and afterward until any potential claims become time-barred.

Who we share data with

Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as our data processor. Google may transfer data to the US under the European Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework). Beyond that, we do not sell or share data with other parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. You can also file a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise these rights, write to hello@dopest.group.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this document and the date at the top of the page.
